In January 1907, Simonson & Pietsch were commissioned to be the architects of a new Horn & Horn building. Erected at 304 East Baltimore Street, the site had been occupied by the same firm before the Great Baltimore Fire of 1904 destroyed it. The permit for the building’s erection was applied for in March 1907. It was built shortly thereafter but has since been demolished.
